On the homepage, click on “Login” link at the top right corner of the page. You will be redirected to indigo.myfinanceservice.com page.

Step 2. You will be required to enter your username and password. These are your login credentials which you must use to login.

Step 3. Once you have entered your username and password, click “Log In”.

Step 4. On the next page, you will be required to enter your card details including the account number and date of expiry. Make sure you have your card in hand so that the details you enter are the accurate ones.

Step 5. Once you have entered your card details, you will be asked to pick a PIN (Personal Identification Number) for the card. This is the number you will be keying in when asked to slot in or swipe your cards to make payments. So choose a PIN you can easily remember.

Step 6. Enter personal information such as your date of birth and social security number. If there are any other types of information required, enter it into the required fields. Click “Activate” and your Indigo Card will be activated.

2. Indigo Card Activation via the Phone

If something happens and you are unable to activate your Indigo Card online, then you should do it via the phone. Here are the steps you will follow:

Step 1. Call the number: 1-866-946-9545, which is the customer service assistance line for Indigo.

Step 2. You will be greeted by an interactive voice response (IVR). One of the options provided will be that involving the Indigo Card activation.

Step 3. Select the right option and follow the prompts to activate your card.

Step 4. Alternatively, you could press # so that you are given a direct connection with one of the customer service executives.

Step 5. You will have to provide the details of the card to the customer service representative, which is the reason you should have your card at hand.

Using any of these methods, you will be able to activate your Indigo Card without doing anything out of the ordinary.
